I think it is a great idea but the Velcro was not strong enough to hold the tail and water on my horse. I may have added too much water according to the video on YouTube, but my horse has a very thick and long tail. The neoprene band around the base of the tail kept slipping down as well probably from the weight of her tail. I will try it again and add less water and make sure the neoprene band is very tight.
