The part was a perfect fit and it included new bulbs and the gasket. It plugged right in to the wiring harness. I was able to install it in about 15-20 minutes and I am not experienced. The bolts were hard to reach and tighten, but it still went smoothly. It saved me substantially, both on the price of the part and installation. The only drawback is that the other one looks slightly dingy in comparison.
