Installed on my 1999 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab Pickup and these are as advertised oem drop in replacements. They truly look amazing once installed. The plastic housing is very high quality and their wasn't a scratch on the housing whatsoever. Some things that may be worth noting for anyone considering this product is that the bulb placement is a little different than oem. All of the connectors from your factory bulbs and retaining mounts all work seamlessly however it is worth noting the backside mounts bulbs in different spaces. (no modifications are needed) Another thing worth noting is that if you are a first time buyer for "smoked" taillights be aware that your backup lights will be greatly diminished at night. I did not really consider this when purchasing these but in the end the look of these housings and the fact I needed new ones (factory housings broke from a hit and run) make this product awesome. Highly recommended upgrade if you want a fresh look to your truck
